You Need to Spend Time in Nature
Being in Nature is a basic human need.
It is powerful, grounding and healing.
Being in nature gives us energy.
Spend a few minutes in nature every day.
Stop the racing thoughts and stay in the moment.
- Get fresh air.
- Feel the breeze.
- Notice the colours and the scent of a flower.
- Appreciate the glorious moments of sunrise or sunset.
- Buy a plant and take care of it.
You Need a Hobby
Remember a hobby you had as a child and take it up again even if you only have 10 minutes per day.
Limit screen and phone time. It numbs the brain.
Practice being Grateful
Always be grateful at the end of the day.
List in your mind the good things you have and remember everything that went well.
Tasks and Problems
- Write them down.
- Share them and deal with them tomorrow.
More often than not, you know what kind of self-care is good for you.
For me: Morning exercise. A daily walk, Healthy Food. Supplements, Water. Prayer.
