Firm Jaw Line
Tip your head back and look at the ceiling.
Place your lower lip over your bottom row of teeth and slowly open and close your mouth 20 times.
You should feel the pull along your throat.
Tighten Facial Muscles
Keep your lips together and smile.
Pull your smile up as high as you can at the corners and hold it there for 40 seconds, then release.
Do this three times.
Firm Chin Line
Place your bottom teeth in front of your top teeth and smile.
Pull you cheek muscles up as high as you can and hold for 40 seconds.
Do this three times.
Stop Eyelids Sagging
Place your fingertips firmly on your eyebrows.
Now close your eyelids and squeeze them shut hard.
Hold this for 40 seconds.
Repeat three times.
Repeat these exercises every morning and even after the first month you will see a real difference around the eyes and jaw line!
