I’ve been taking these for almost 3 weeks, starting with 3 a day for 1st week and then 5 a day now……I was sceptical but at 44 years old willing to give it a go. Wow glad I did!! Skin is feeling so smooth, pores seem smaller, lips feel ridiculously smooth and maybe plumper….I am so pleased They are rather big tablets but don’t seem to bother me at all and easy enough to break in half if needed. I’ve been taking Timeless religiously now for 6 weeks. It takes a while to kick in, but I can honestly say I have noticed a difference to my face, my nails, my hair, my marionette lines, my under-eye bags and general health. I’m 49 and also suffer from Poly Osteoarthritis and there’s a difference there too. I prefer bovine over marine because I’m not a fan of the pollution in the ocean going into my system, cows are the lesser of the 2 evils, so obviously these aren’t suitable for vegans or vegetarians in my opinion. I would definitely recommend as I have seen a marked difference overall to my health and just wish this was available when I was 30!
